Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
What is your return policy?
 

We offer an exchange only policy and do not accept returns or provide refunds. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be exchanged within 30 days of the ship date of your order.

Exchanging Items
Mail items you wish to exchange back to Fontana Farms with the original invoice (email receipt) and a written explanation of the problem or circumstance.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item they wish to return at their own expense. 

Pack and seal your return securely. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the items you are returning during shipment. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.

Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. Please allow 7-14 days to have the exchange processed.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service at 888-856-9816 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
